How does Pure Water Window Cleaning work?
Water is Purified using a process called Reverse Osmosis which takes out all the dirt & minerals that could leave marks on the glass.
Then special lightweight poles & brushes are used to access windows from ground level, so no need for ladders.
The brush scrubs all the dirt from the glass and surrounding frames & sills then the whole window is rinsed with the Pure Water which will dry clean with NO marks.
Q) Do I need to be at home when you clean my windows?
A) No - If we have your permission to access your property we are able to clean when you are not at home. Additionally, we will always leave a card to inform you that we have been and cleaned your windows.
Q) What happens if I am not in to pay you on the day?
A) We take cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer payments..
Why are my windows wet?

Unlike traditional window cleaning methods, after I have finished cleaning your windows, I will leave your windows and frames wet. By leaving them to dry naturally, it stops the chances of introducing any contaminates, thus leaving them sparkling clean and they stay cleaner for longer!
Kind To Your Garden & Paths
All that is left after I have been cleaning your windows is pure de-ionised water. This will do no harm to your plants or your paths etc. if any water runs on to your garden. There will also be no ladder marks left in your lawn!
BUT
If your windows have been cleaned using the traditional “squeegee” method with water and detergent, it may take two or three cleans using our pure water to remove the build up of that microscopically thin but very stubborn film of detergent residue. Don’t worry though! Two or three cleans will remove this residue for good, leaving you with windows to be proud of every time. Your windows will now stay cleaner for longer as there is nothing left for the dirt to stick to so easily.
Can you clean windows in the rain?
The answer is yes!
Rain does not make the windows dirty, dirt does!
How?
Dust and dirt accumulates on the glass from pollen, car exhaust and many other sources. Dust and dirt settles on the glass to create a fine layer covering the glass. When it rains, drops of water make contact with the dirty glass. The dust and dirt is moved around too form dirty marks when the water dries. The dirt is now highly visible because it is no longer uniformly spread, but is now sporadic on the glass.
